They found the vehicle like we wanted quickly.

Did get what I wanted waited 2 1/2 hours just for oil change everything else was a failure.

Way too high to just have the oil changed and rotated tires and replace an Air filter plus a surcharge when you use the credit card. (COST $251.57 R/O 608772/1 on 6/26/2026) Just thought Lubbock dealers were high. Had the oil changed and rotated tires before only cost $95.27 this was just for oil change and rotate tires, R/O 605697/1 this done on 5/15/2025, Next time will get cost before having my vehicle serviced,

Your mechanic was able to find the on going problem I’ve been with my vehicle. I had taken my truck to Frank Brown service department and they were unable to find anything wrong. I was really impressed with your service!

Orlando was very helpful when it came to ordering new tires for my Yukon. He wanted to make sure I was able to utilize the buy one get one tire for $1 promo before the end of the month and I’m so glad I did! I could have gone to Frank Brown in Lubbock for the convenience, but I chose to go out of my way to Littlefield because their customer service is 100 times better!!!
