The sales lady Sarah was great,,my issue was with the finance guy,,he gave me one quote when I disagreed he did another and came back with a higher quote,,I told him it was not a bad engine on my trade in it was a air problem that it was clogged up,,he than proceeded to do new quote nit picking my trade in for scratches and because I smoked in it and he said it would cost $300.00 alone to get the smoke smell out,,in the end I still paid for a new engine in my trade in,,he didn't cut me a deal at all,,,I didn't know that when you traded something in you still paid the price to fix it....Overall I thought he was a very tacky,shitty person

Staff picked up my vehicle took it in for the repair and returned it. This allowed me to go about my day without any interruptions.

My 2025 3500 wasn't ordered correctly, I had to wait 6 months for my vehicle, I ordered a 2025 but the dealership for to order it ,bad communication trying to get help with the new truck ,they didn't keep their word when they drove my truck to me, an extra 172 miles were put on the truck without my knowledge, just a bad experience with this truck and dealership, I WON'T do business or refer this dealership to anyone !
